Property Management | What to Look For in a Caretaker
We’re Always Just a Phone Call Away
Never be in the dark about your own home.
Knowing who to hire to look after your home is a choice anchored in trust and confidence. You can be sure that when you hire us, you’re hiring an extended family you didn’t know you had. We find joy in serving your needs, really. That’s why we’re here. Just look at what our satisfied clients have to say!
Our commitment to you is to always be honest and forthright, to always communicate thoroughly and comprehensively, and to make caring for your home while you’re away as simple and straightforward as possible. We want you feeling informed and tuned into what is happening on your property at all times, even when you’re thousands of miles away.
As an out of state property owner, it’s crucial that I have a property manager I can depend on to watch over my house in Montana. Mike Rivers has proven to be reliable, trustworthy, and responsive when needed. When there are special projects that have to get done, he takes care of them promptly. What I appreciate most about Mike that he takes the time to give me regular reports whenever he checks on my house, including photos of the property. It’s a great comfort to know someone as responsible as Mike is keeping a close eye on things, especially in the winter months.
We Never Make You Feel Out of the Loop
How do we do this? The short answer, communication; long answer, respect. There’s nothing worse than the powerless feeling of someone who is hard to get ahold of. We all know that person who hardly returns calls, and it’s frustrating, annoying, and flatout debilitating. We feel ya. You can rest assured that we’ll always get back to you as soon as possible. Why? Because we respect you, plain and simple. We value our unique role in your life and realize the importance of a simple phone call. If we get a lot of snow, we’ll take a drive out to your place just to check on it, see how many inches your area received, look for drifts, and snap a pic to show you your home covered in a blanket of Montana snow. Maybe we’re old fashioned, but that’s how we operate.
