Our client properties run the gamut from multi-million dollar homes to small cabins in the woods. We treat each one of them the same. Meaning and joy come in all shapes, sizes, and forms, and if it’s your dream home, then we’ll take care of it as such.
Our clients’ needs and wishes vary as well. Everyone wants or imagines something unique, and it’s our job to listen to your needs and hopes while creating a caretaking plan to suit. Some clients want weekly walk-throughs and lots of communication, while others are comfortable with just an occasional once-or-twice monthly check-in. And of course, we’ll work with any budget.
Mike Rivers has been overseeing our property in Belgrade, MT since we bought our home almost two years ago. Mike has been invaluable to us since we reside out of state most of the time. He checks on the house frequently while we are out of town and has assisted us with maintenance, repairs and finding local, trusted resources in his network. For example, he has introduced us to professional lawn care, painting, roofing and construction experts. He even introduced us to a Christmas light installer who lit our house up like something you’d see on a magazine cover! We have used all these resources to our complete satisfaction. We’ve also had Mike do plumbing work for us and he’s kept our driveway plowed whenever the snow piles up. Mike is extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing assistance.

Bozeman, Big Sky, Livingston, and the surrounding areas are booming – so is the vacation rental market here. Websites like VRBO and Airbnb make it easy to list homes as a vacation rental property. If clients wish to take advantage of this opportunity, we are happy to act as liaisons between renter and homeowner, clean and prepare homes between rentals, or any other task.* Then, just let us know what you need and when you need it!
