It has been my good fortune to have found Mike/3RM to manage our Montana property. Simply put, it isn’t often that you come across someone who is as conscientious and reliable as Mike Rivers. We literally NEVER have to worry, knowing our mountain retreat is being cared for, and maintained by an experienced pro. Few things are more frustrating to me than business associates who don’t return calls promptly or at all…..Mike is an easy guy to work with, and is always available. We do all the work ourselves, in house. Unlike the other guys who hire out, the only people coming in and out of your home will be Mike, Jamie, or Meredith. There are no middle-men to get in the way. We are the only ones going in and out of your home. We take great pride in providing this type of personalized ‘white glove’ service for you and your family.
In the event that a skillset falls outside our realm of expertise and a technician must come to your home, such as a DirecTV employee, carpet cleaner, or tile-setter, for instance, we will meet the worker at your home and remain there for the remainder of the job, or as needed (depending on the length of the task at hand). We have a close circle of tradesmen we work with, with whom we have strong relationships with proven track records. These tradesmen understand our level of service and expectations, both of them and from you, our trusting clients.
